All staff have been smiling, happy, go lucky which brings your mood up. They go out of their way to help you. Continuity of staff is one of the main things, they see you all the time. This means they make changes straight away and action it accordingly. Enabling me to wash, shave and shower makes you feel good about yourself. I had not showered since January - since being here I have had 5 showers. I could not fault the hospice care received. When I press the buzzer for help the response is immediate which is reassuring and makes you feel safe
